|Paul McDonald has been in the photography industry for over twenty years with work exhibited in Sydney, Melbourne, London, Paris, Rome, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Beijing. He is Founder and Director of Contact Sheet, a leading learning space and creative photography space in Sydney. He lectures in photojournalism at Macleay College, Sydney.
Prior to Contact Sheet, Paul was Associate Director at the Australian Centre for Photography and was co-director of 10x8 gallery (Sydney).
He has curated over 30 exhibitions at Contact Sheet over a four-year period working with a range of local and international artists. From 2010-2014, he travelled extensively in China working on a four-year project with China News Service to deliver a series of annual photography festivals in southern China.
Paul has designed bespoke programs and initiatives for a range of not-for-profit organisations, working with asylum seekers, refugees and at-risk-youth, using photography as a tool in fostering personal and community development.
Paul holds a Masters of Photojournalism and Documentary Photography through the London College of Communication (University of Arts London) and graduated with Distinction.
|Tina Hillier is a documentary, fine art and commercial photographer based in London.
She works for a range of clients applying her signature style to luxury brands including Burberry, Dior, Rolls Royce and Vera Wang. She has a good understanding of the balance of personal work and commercial work and how to tailor and edit work differently for the different outlets maximising commercial opportunities while retaining an individual style and identity.
